life expectancy on the rez is about 45 years because of incredibly high infant mortality, teen suicide, murder, gangs, crystal meth, and alcoholism. the future is bleak for the young people on Pine Ridge.

Uranium mining in South Dakota affects all of the water downstream, and therefore us all! Water will not stay in one place, and is already more expensive than gasoline, so we'd better preserve the water for ourselves and future generations.
Besides, what will they make Coor's with if the water is irradiated?
